Baik Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. What is the role of a Graphic Designer? The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one shaping the visual aspects of our product packaging, website, and social media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
The ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with a genuine interest in the field partnered with a creative and innovative mindset of what type of content will reach a larger audience, paired with excellent time management and multitasking skills. If you can communicate well and work as part of a team, we’d like to meet you! The goal of this role is to inspire and attract the right target audience.
Requirements
This job is for you if:
You’ve proven graphic designing with 0-3 years of experience
You have a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
You’re familiar with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc)
You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
You’re excellent in communication skills both verbally and written
You’re able to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You have a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, it is a plus
