I love talking to people--to understand what drives them to live their lives. That often leads to helping people to find their own career paths. 'Cause frankly, not everyone understands what they really want in their lives and too busy to do mundane things until there's not enough space to think about what matters the most: live your life the way you love.
Still, I would have to do some background check and profiling them before I give my advice, that's why most of the time I'm scuffling with my data. From startup to one of the big retailers in Indonesia, I've grown my skills in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, data analytics, and project management.
When I'm not recruiting or dealing with excel tables, I'm stitching my threads and turn them to embroidery art, trying out new street food finds, listening to Ella Fitzgerald and Quincy Jones, or watching animes.
