Baik Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level manager. As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities include managing calendars, making arrangements, and preparing internal reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our company by providing personalized and timely support to our main team.
This job is for you if:
You currently enroll or a fresh graduate in Communications, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
You’re able to work in a fast-paced environment
You have an excellent MS Office knowledge
Your organizational and time management skills are outstanding
You’re familiar with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars,slack)
You have terrific verbal and written communications skills
You value discretion and confidentiality, it is highly desirable
